****This contest is now CLOSED. You may still comment, but the giveaway is over. Congratulations to Becca, winner of the cookbook!
If you don’t mind my interrupting our regular postings of recipes (and birthday gelato tastings), I’d like to take the opportunity to tell you about a random little cookbook I was a part of—you know, so I can send you a copy.
About the Book
Featuring fifty recipes from fifty food bloggers, Thinkfood is a new cookbook focusing on brain health, created by the people at PositScience. Every recipe features an ingredient known to be good for your mind, whether blueberries (like mine in the smoothie above!) or flaxseed or sardines or salmon.
It’s also beautifully designed and photographed. Want a sneak peak inside?
About the Bloggers
The full list of contributors is listed here, along with their blogs and Twitter handles. At that page, you can also subscribe to Posit Science’s weekly brain fitness newsletter (sign-up is on the left sidebar), which has a new one of the blogger recipes featured in each one.
About the Contest
I’m giving away a copy of the cookbook to a random commenter on this post!
Want to win? The contest is over! Congrats to Becca!
Just comment here by this Friday, September 3, by 5 PM CST. (If you don’t know what to say, tell me your favorite smoothie! or your favorite way to eat blueberries! or, I don’t know, how much you love this blog!) I’ll choose a winner via Random Number Generator.
Oh, and PS: Nashville was great! But I’ve missed cooking. I’ll get back to blogging soon!
