		<description>Victoria, As far as the difference between the two, bottom line is dark chocolate cocoa powder is, well, darker obviously---it&#039;s almost black, in fact---as well as richer flavor. You could definitely use regular cocoa powder in this recipe instead, though. Does that help?</description>
