Rachel, yes!

Sprouted Kitchen, This idea worked fine for the roast chicken, but if I had it to do over again, I really would just pull out a rotisserie from the store. When I make my own chicken, I am a firm believer in lots of lemon and lots of butter and fresh herbs like thyme. I think it's about time I made one again!

Kim, Yay! I'm proud of you in return, and I'll love hearing what you experiment with!

Sarah, Let me know if you do!

Lo, I'm amused myself. Old habits die hard, and I still questioned myself after eating this, but small steps, right?

Jennifer, Thank you, both for calling this lovely and for the birthday wishes. You are very sweet, and while most of the time I feel like I've yet to grow up, I appreciated your comment very much.

Emily, That is funny! Do you think they affect people differently or that certain ones are more powerful? All I know is I made the mistake once and will never, ever make it again!

Antonietta, Thank you!

JessieV, Glad I'm not alone and thanks!

Biz, $0.99 a pound!? You can't beat that! Thanks for the birthday wishes, too!

Happy Belated Birthday! I love all things spicy, but it has to be flavorful spicy - this salad looks delicious, and it just so happens I have a rotisserie chicken in my fridge - they were .99 cents a pound over the weekend!

Happy Birthday :)
This salad looks pretty perfect to me (being one who loves the spicy!). I am somewhat obsessed with south western flavors. That's funny about using the gloves for I've never had a worry when slicing jalapenos with my bare hands. I sure have learned my lesson the hard way with other chillies though! (that was one of my oops moments).
I hope you're having a wonderful time away. I am excited to read more about your trip!
