Thanks for the correction. I had just finished cutting the logs and was curious that I hadn’t printed out the baking times for the cut biscotti, so I came here to see what I’d missed. There it is! Thanks for this.

BTW, Gourmet had a recipe for triple ginger almond biscotti a few years ago that was killer. It would be worth looking at.

i looove dinner parties too, my parents used to throw them all the time. alas, i have not picked up the habit, my place is too small for such a gathering. and i admit, i like the meeting at restaurants thing, not having to cook and clean up being the reasons. ooops!
your biscotti looks fab and the next time i have crafternoons with some ladies, i just might make them to go with tea or coffee. how that for a trade?
